Lynn Kelley graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1973.  Lynn has served as the attorney for the City of Ty Ty since January, 1986. Initially, Lynn was a general practioner handling almost every type of law relevant to a South Georgia practice. Lynn's practice of law is now primarily limited to those areas shown below.
