WELCOME
Lynn Kelley Law Firm, LLC is a law firm dedicated to giving our clients Christian legal services in a friendly and efficient environment. Although it is our desire to put God first in every transaction, we believe that this will equate to more effective representation of our clients in the areas of practice that we perform.
For over 30 years Darrow Lynn Kelley and his partners and associates have provided legal services in the general practice of law, but the firm’s main areas of practice currently are:
REAL ESTATE. Our services include title searches; loan closings; purchase and sale closings; preparation of real estate contracts; preparation of residential and commercial leases; preparation of notes, deeds to secure debt and other related documents, petitions to quiet title; foreclosures; as well as petitions to partition which may be necessary if you own property jointly with others and the property needs to be sold or divided.
ESTATE PLANNING. Our services include the preparation of simple wills, wills with trusts, estate planning wills, family limited partnership, living wills, durable powers of attorney for health care, general financial powers of attorney, insurance trusts, and other trusts.
PROBATE. Our services include the probate of wills, the administration of estates, as well as guardianships.
SMALL BUSINESS FORMATION. Our services include limited liability companies, corporations, non-profit corporations, and limited liability partnerships.
We strive to assist our clients in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. More importantly, we try to keep our clients well-informed and treat them with dignity and respect.
Our office atmosphere is generally informal and unpretentious in an attempt to make you feel more at home in our surroundings. We believe that in this setting we are able to give you a friendly yet professional and efficient product. Our hope and prayer is that God will allow us to assist our clients with a Christ-like attitude so that our clients will receive the best possible service and product.
